What is JoClub?

It all started in 2020 when founder and lifelong journaler Jo Franco was challenged by one of her Instagram followers to start a 30-day journaling challenge.

It seemed harmless enough. What could happen?

The next scene is Jo posting over 85 days of journal prompts and photos of her entries on a free 90-day challenge where the world journaled in unison.

Around day 70, Jo thought, “What if we gather these people in one Zoom call to journal and discuss in real-time?”

She coded a janky-looking website, and the JoClub Magic was born.

JoClub has since grown into a global journaling movement of self-awareness and growth through community and the art of journaling.

We journal as a collective on live journaling calls multiple times a week, and stay in touch in an always-on community platform for daily conversation, monthly challenges, and more.
