This retreat will be the first of its kind, so anyone who attends will be making history with me and JoClub. The purpose of this retreat is to bring your entrepreneurial ideas and turn them into a reality.
You don’t need to have a business idea to attend, but by the end of the week, you will have workshopped a concept to go through the motions of a purpose-driven entrepreneur.
This retreat was requested by many of the retreaters — we’ll do the self-awareness work first, then look at taking action, and put it all together in a fun week in the Greek sun.

Jo here! I had a crazy idea in 2022 to run a journaling retreat. Next scene is me coordinating a global meetup for 12 diverse souls who flew from all around the world to journal, think, and grow. The experience was magical. It was not only my life’s work, but connected retreaters for life. We have successfully transformed 32 peoples’ lives in our 2023 retreats in Croatia and Mexico. JoClub retreats are my favorite weeks of the year. It’s self-development, love, and growth on steroids in a beautiful destination as a backdrop for unforgettable memories. The official dates and location for 2024 are in Naxos, Greece from June 7th – June 12th.
Attendees must be 21+ to attend. No age limit.
Retreats are typically 6 days and 5 nights long. Official information will be shared via email to those on the waitlist.
Rates start at $2,500 for JoClub members, and $2,750 for non-JoClub members. This price includes 3 meals a day, accommodation, off-site excursion, drinks, and all programming including journaling workshops, art classes, yoga classes, writing workshops, and more.
To keep the experience cozy, we admit 12 – 15 or more depending on the venue, (including Jo Franco). Applications will be sent out via email to the waitlist. Attendees will be selected by November 1, 2023.
