When you buy a JoClub subscription, your loved one will get access to the club for however long you’ve purchased their subscription. They can choose to renew at the end of their cycle, but no payment is required from them. We’ll welcome them into the community and they’ll get instant access to our live journaling calls that happen each week, in addition to the library of dozens of great calls from the past. They will also get access to all the daily or weekly prompts via email – they can choose!
Yes! JoClub memberships are the perfect last-minute gifts because they’re digital. Our sessions are ALWAYS on; they happen 6+ times a month so that members can join at any time during the month. Once you buy a gift, the recipient will get an email informing them of this gift and can sign up to start their membership at their earliest convenience. We make the emails cute and gift-themed, like gift wrap they’ll be excited to unwrap.
When you buy a gifted membership, the recipient receives an email notifying them right away. They can then claim their membership when they’re ready to sign up!
They’ll receive an email with a “sign up link” that they click on to redeem their membership. From there, they get access to our live onboarding calls (held each month), where they can attend to learn more about the membership. We also have a week-long series of onboarding emails to let them know details about all the magic of JoClub they just unlocked.
Once they receive their JoClub gift, they can redeem it whenever they want.
They can email info@joclub.world to have the credits applied to their account. For instance, if you gift them a quarter of JoClub Fluent, we can upgrade their account for the duration of the gift. This will need to be done by our happiness team, so please email us directly.
Once the gifted membership comes to an end, the recipient can either choose to renew or just let the membership end. If they choose to renew, they’ll be asked to enter their own card details so that all further bills get paid by them, and not the initial gift giver.
We have a 30-day guarantee on all of our JoClub memberships, so if the giftee is unhappy, they can always email us, and we’ll refund the card that purchased the gift.
